At times properties are not constructed to utilise the best assets of their location and position.
This marine located property benefits from an elevated position with far reaching views of the estuary.
This project consisted of totally re-configuring the front elevation so not only to improve the aesthetics but to assist the occupants in benefiting from the fabulous vista on offer.
The existing viewing gallery to first floor and entrance was reconfigured to allow for a new terrace at Ground Floor and a suitably sized balcony at first floor level incorporating new powder coated doors and windows to give the property a contemporary transformation that is the talk of the town.
The visual to the right is a further possible development of the roof space for the future.
