Creeksea

This project is a technical masterpiece. Consent has been obtained to convert a disused pub into a contemporary family dwelling, totally remodelling the existing shell to achieve a true grand design.

The disused site had laid dormant for a number of years as previous developers could not formulate a scheme that could gain approval within a flood zone area and protected green belt area.

We analysed the previous failed planning history and technical details, then went to work.

We set about designing the concept to meet the aspirations of the client and bringing a design team together with the ability to resolve the technical constraints and design a truly special home on the river bank.
